Widget is a small furry humanoid of the same race as the Enchanters and Transmuters, and can be found in the Imperial Camp with his cousins Sprocket and Cam.
At the beginning of Act III, Widget and Cam are afflicted with the Black Blindness, which must be cured by means of the flesh of the Blue Boletus, acquired during the quest The Blue Boletus, offered by Sprocket upon arriving at the Imperial Camp at the beginning of Act III.
Widget is quite grateful for the player's earlier help, and offers information to help the player defeat the witch, Cacklespit in her realm after the player has completed the quest Cacklespit's Brew. He directs the player to seek the spirit Fade in the Sundered Battlefield to gain access to Cacklespit's Realm.
