Valeria is a humanoid NPC that appears after you have defeated Ordrak in Torchlight.
She is a quest-giver that stands outside the Shadow Vault, in a separate part of the town when crossing the bridge near the Fishing Hole. Adjacent to her is Gar, another Shadow Vault quest-giver. Both of their quests send you down the Vault to slay a certain champion monster. Valeria will reward you with Gold, Fame, XP and an enchanted item.
