Tinya is a female Estherian who works as the general goods vendor in the Estherian Enclave.
Her stand is located in north of the central plaza, near the player stashes and the way to the Frosted Hills.
Like other general goods vendors, she sells potions, spells, and other miscellaneous, as well as a few pet collars. She will also buy any item players wish to sell.
Tinya will still sell Big Health and Mana Potions when Luseth in Zeryphesh no longer offers them.
