- The Eye of Grell's Weapon Enhancement bonus and Armor Enhancement bonus does not change during different playthroughs in New Game Plus.
- While the Skull of Limoany has a considerably higher damage reduction of 5%, the skull is quite rare and requires a higher level to obtain, making the eye a more accessible alternative.
