Torchlight Frontiers was just announced! The newest installment in the Torchlight series is being developed by Echtra Games for PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4. It is scheduled to be released in 2019.

Hi boys & girls who play Torchlight and not just this game, my name Is Adrian and I come "far far away" to change something
What do I want to change? This Is a big question for me too, so let's start with what I want to say and what Is the answer, your answer will be like "what this guy wanna say?"
For now I want to add/update/edit/sort alphabetic Items (T1) for Torchlight when I got some time, so from the other side all I want to know Is to see how many people will really help in some cases like adding description to a section of the Torchlight Wikia or at least for those who dosen't know "what this button do" and wanna help elsewhere, like sending me screenshots of the Items and detailed window and I add It to the right section/category.
Trying to do the best and let's get to work If you got some time.

Request for wiki's adoption...
Hey everyone!
Thanks for coming to my blog, as you all probably know this wiki is very active, but no admins are actually around. It has been about a year since the last admin edited here. I tried to get a hold of user Cornprone (the last active bureaucrat); and I've gotten no answer as of yet. The wiki needs guidance and organization, so I would like to request admin rights for the wiki by going to the request for adoptions official page. Since the admins/bureaucrats have been long gone, I don't want to continue to bug them with my requests.
I've tried to reach out to the community here, in (1)at least (2)two occasions; the first time an unregistered user responded, and the second time no response from anyone whatsoever. I want to build up the community here.
I urge everyone to please check my edit count/contributions, since I've been an active user for quite a while. I am also an active user in the official torchlight/runic forums. I can't help but feel like many other users in th…
What happened to TL2 Armory?
Hey guys, I had to check here to look for information about the set Obscure Tools (Unique Armor Set - TL2) I was able to find the information I was looking for, but for example at the Torchlight 2 Armory website (which is gone, and the site it links to doesn't even remotely have anything to do with the game) you used to be able to search armor/weapons by how much defense, by level, whether it was legendary, anyway it was really extensive. Does anybody know what happened to it? I know it took me a few more minutes to find the information I would've found there, here in the wiki... but come on, that website included every single item in the game. Does anyone know who was running it? Was that a free project? I found an archive for it here where it clearly says it would be closed, but is the information accessible? I am guessing that most members in this wiki have knowledge about how the comments section works. I would not have a wiki without it; in reality. I also appreciate the achievements feature, as much as some admins might despise it. So I'd like to know how people in this wiki feel about:

Torchlight II released!
Torchlight II is released! Starting up a multiplayer game is tough right now, presumably due to Runic's servers getting hammered due to the high demand, so patience is recommended.
Reviews have started coming in, and have been uniformly positive, with almost all critics' scores being the equivalent of 90% or higher.
In other news, the original Torchlight is part of the current Humble Indie Bundle, and is available for Linux for the first time.
Release Date: September 20
On the Runic forums, Travis Baldree just announced Torchlight II's release date: Thursday, September 20.
Runic will be showing the latest version of the game at PAX this weekend and will present a Q&A livestream tomorrow morning at 9am Pacific Daylight Time on the official website www.torchlight2game.com.
Closed Beta and Pre-Orders Begin
This week, pre-orders for Torchlight II launched on Steam and Perfect World, with a projected release in Summer 2012.
Also this week, a closed friends-and-family beta began. There is no NDA on the beta, so plenty of gameplay footage of Act I has appeared online. Most notable is this channel, in which Runic programmer Tiamat has recorded epic all-night play sessions while answering fan questions.
Although an open beta is not expected, Runic Games will be expanding beta access to select individuals who have signed up for a Runic account at http://secure.runicgames.com/.

Runic Games' official website Torchlight2game.com has been redesigned and updated with new art and screenshots.
Torchlight II fansite event news
Earlier this week, Runic Games invited visitors from several fansites to their offices to play Torchlight II and speak with the developers. Here's a rundown of the news:
- The official Runic site released an hour-long podcast of a Q&A session between the fans and developers.
- Runic Games Fansite has extensive coverage, with extremely detailed commentary by three attendees.
- RGF also posted a video tour or Runic's office, which can be seen here.
- Longtime Diablo fan/reporter Flux, of diablo.incgamers.com posted his detailed report here. He seems enthusiastic about the game, going so far as to say that the first 10 levels of Torchlight II are faster and more fun than the first 10 levels of the Diablo III beta.
Torchlight II pushed back to 2012
Runic Games president Travis Baldree posted an update today stating that the release of Torchlight II will be pushed back into the new year. Baldree states, "...getting a game of this scope up to the quality and polish level we want to achieve is going to take a little longer; especially since we want to run a small beta before release to ensure that our launch is smooth." In a further forum post, he explains that "We have a polished section of the game, whose quality we want to replicate across the rest of it."

Torchlight II scheduled for 2011 release
At PAX 2011, Runic Games announced that Torchlight II is still scheduled to launch before the end of the year. Also announced was the game's price, which will be $19.99 USD, and the fourth character class: The Embermage.
