The parts can be found randomly sale by Vendor Boon Scrolls when used in Estherian Enclave in New Game Plus mode.
Or found in the game randomly killing bosses in Estherian Steppes in New Game Plus mode.
Or you can gamble the set in act 4 normal.
That Set is average depending on their level , and have a very nice look.
