Jasha the Sly is a female Zeraphi who resides in the city of Zeryphesh in the Mana Wastes.
She waits near the entry to the Empty Quarter, and offers players the side quest The Missing Zeraphi once they have defeated the Artificer and reported back to the Guardian of Air. The goal is to find her lost companion, Hareph.
Once the side quest Shadow of the Skara has been completed and Hareph has safely returned to her, Jasha opens her business as a special goods vendor to the player, offering a selection of spells, gems, and jewelry. She and Hareph can now be found at the northern corner of the central plaza.
