Locked Golden Chest

There is always one Golden Chest found in an overworld area (marked on map as soon as come across), and it offers the best treasure of all the chests in that location. Some passes (e.g. Path of the Honored Dead, Empty Quarter) also feature a Golden Chest. The only way to unlock it is with a Golden key looted from the Bittersprite.

Sometimes, an unlocked Golden Chest can be discovered in an overworld area in addition to the locked one (in Ossean Wastes for instance). Also, unlocked versions are offered as a reward in – for example – Poison the spider nests. and Tarroch's Tomb.
