Cacklespit's Brew is an Act III side quest given by Cacklespit, who needs the player to find special ingredients for her brew.
All three items can be found in the same area, the Blightbogs. The items are:
- Mask of a Murderer - Obtainable by completing a mini quest, Grom's Arena.
- Thorns as Hard as Iron
- Black Heart of a Coward
(NOTE: Before the player is able to meet Cacklespit, the player needs to first obtain a Bell. Cacklespit will only appear and speak to the player once the Bell is hung outside of her hut. The Bell can be found in The Rot Gardens of the Blightbogs)

As any true cook will tell you, the finest ingredients are of the utmost importance if you want to create something truly special. I will require three items to brew the special mixture I have in mind...
The Mask of the Murderer, Thorns as Hard as Iron, and the Black Heart of a Coward.
