Bloatfang is a boss in Middenmine during ACT III of Torchlight II. During the quest Some Assembly Required you will confront him in Middenmine and you can defeat him if you want though it is not necessary for the quest.

Easter Egg[]
After defeating Bloatfang, follow a hidden path that begins opposite the Boss Chest. It will lead to Claptrap, who will reward you with either Claptrap's Bolt or Claptrap's Nut.
