Download mods manager from http://forums.runicgames.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4412
Decompress mods to the mods folder(C:\Documents and Settings\User\AppData\runic games\torchlight\mods), run the mods manager and search mods. Enable all mods you want to add.
Doesn't require 10 different mods. You can just copy one mod 10 times and it sees it as 10 mods even though it's 10 times the same thing. Saves downloading a lot of files if all you want is to play vanilla and have all achievements.
